From January 2026, St James becomes The Causeway. New name and look; the same building, team and service you know. We’re evolving to make work simpler for entrepreneurs and small teams—more ways to focus, meet and collaborate, and a stronger sense of connection, support and community under one roof.
Coffee House is also joining us on site – your barista stop for morning coffees, quick lunches and easy catch-ups with neighbours and new connections.

Since moving into St James Business Centre, we have found the team to be extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have supported us on our journey from our start-up phase where we initially needed a small serviced office space through to us moving into our new larger offices. As the business continues to grow, it’s reassuring to know we will be able to remain at the business centre for the long term as Langtree gives us the flexibility to move into larger office space and when we need it.

Payment to be made at least 24 hours prior to booking by calling 01925 255 528 A copy of a valid photographic ID document providing proof of identification and address will be kept on file.
Bookings are non-refundable. However, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, we will look to offer alternative booking date(s). It is the responsibility of the user to make contact regarding amendments or cancellations to bookings and missed sessions will not be refunded.
The Management reserves the right to terminate membership. All contact required acknowledgment and we operate only during standard business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. By becoming a member, you agree to receive marketing communications from St James Business Centre, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
