Built in the 1930s, St James Business Centre was originally a shirt factory.

Office space to rent in St James Business Centre, During the war the building‘s basement was used as an air raid shelter, and remnants of these can still be seen today.  It was then converted in the 1980s to an office building.  In 2014, the building was acquired by Wire Regeneration, a joint venture between Langtree and Warrington Borough Council.

St James Business Centre is an 80,000 sq ft building offering serviced, conventional and virtual office space to rent in Warrington.  We also offer co-working space for those who need flexible working without the demands of permanent office space.
